Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina (#CO13484) and a registered telehealth provider in South Carolina. She earned a master’s degree in social work from University of North Carolina Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Florida State University. She completed her clinical internship at TEACCH Autism Program serving individuals with autism across the lifespan. She has experience working in the psychiatric residential and in-home care settings providing youth and families with intensive therapeutic support. Rachel was trained in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics by the Child Trauma Academy which is a neurobiology-informed approach to trauma. Rachel has over 25 years of experience working with youth and families in public school, private school, and mental health settings. She offers expertise in providing individualized treatment plans that empower individuals and families to develop strong, healthy relationships and reach their full potential.
Rachel enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and kayaking. She loves to learn and is curious about almost any subject. She is married and has an adult son and daughter.
