$205 for initial 60-75 minute assessment
$160 per 55 minute session
Insurance
We are currently an out-of-network provider. However, most major insurance companies provide out-of-network benefits for mental health so it is possible for services to be covered in part. To assist you in the reimbursement process, we provide a monthly “superbill” (insurance reimbursement form) to submit to your insurance company.
You will need to contact your insurance company to verify how your plan’s out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy services. We recommend asking these questions to help determine your cost:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Does my health insurance provide out-of-network benefits? If so, what percent of the costs do they cover?
- Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written referral from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept debit, healthcare savings accounts (HSA and FSA), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. A card must be on file to schedule appointments. The card will be automatically charged at the end of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged $80 for the first missed session and the full s$160 session fee for any subsequent missed sessions. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Therefore, missed session fees are your financial responsibility.
